History of Heartland
The Chief Justice++

Heartland
Ventures was formerly known as Heartland Arabians. Heartland
Arabian Farm was a showplace for the classic, purebred Arabian
Horse. The oldest of all the riding horse breeds, the Arabian
Horse originated in the deserts of the Far East. Thousands of
years of close association with man created an Arabian horse with
unsurpassed temperament, beauty and "people-like" intelligence.
Today
the Arabian horse is recognized all over the world as an ideal
pleasure and show horse, as well as a champion in racing, dressage
and competitive trail riding. Most importantly, the Arabian
horse has evolved into the perfect family horse.
During
the 1980's and 1990's Heartland Arabians were ever present in the show ring at
National and international shows. They made their presence
known in all disciplines including Western Pleasure, Hunt Seat
Equitation, English Pleasure, Driving, and many other disciplines.
Heartland has a rich history associated
with top Arabian bloodlines. One of the most famous include
The Chief Justice++, a beautiful stallion who racked up many
impressive wins. His resume' includes multi-top ten in three
countries in performance and halter. Chief Justice++ was also
the sire of National Champions in performance and halter.
